JobbyJob.ai’s name, branding, software, and design are our intellectual property; you may not copy or misuse them without our permission.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobbyJob.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or one hundred dollars if greater).

We use third-party providers (e.g. authentication, hosting, payments, email) to operate the service. Your use of those features may be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. You may close your account at any time via account or billing settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; we may retain or delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.
