Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with JobbyJob.ai. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our subscription plans and one-time purchases.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

All new monthly and annual subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with JobbyJob.ai within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, contact us and we’ll refund your payment.

  • Applies to first-time subscription purchases only (not renewals or plan changes).
  • Refund requests must be received within 14 calendar days of the original charge.
  • The guarantee is intended as an evaluation period and is subject to the fair-use limits below. Refunds may be denied or pro-rated for accounts that have consumed substantial AI/compute resources.

2. Annual plan refunds

If you purchased an annual plan and wish to cancel after the 14-day guarantee period, we offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, provided the cancellation request is made within 30 days of the annual charge. After 30 days, the remaining balance is non-refundable, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

3. Credit and token purchases

One-time purchases of credits or tokens are non-refundable because they are consumed immediately upon use. Unused credits from one-time purchases do not expire but cannot be converted back to cash.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain full access to all paid features until the period ends.
  • After the period ends your account reverts to the Free Trial tier.
  • Your data (resumes, sites, contacts) is preserved and accessible on the free tier, subject to free-tier limits.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

  1. In the app: Go to Settings → Billing and click “Cancel subscription.”
  2. Via Stripe: Use the Stripe customer portal link available on your Billing page to manage or cancel your subscription directly.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@jobbyjob.ai with the subject line “Refund request” and include:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date of the charge.
  • The reason for your request (optional but helpful).

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

7. Fair use & abuse prevention

JobbyJob.ai pays real provider costs for every AI call, deployment, and image we generate on your behalf. To keep the 14-day guarantee sustainable for everyone, refund requests are evaluated against the following fair-use limits:

  • Light usage (full refund): You have used up to 20% of the credits included with your plan and have not exceeded roughly $25 in AI/compute value.
  • Moderate usage (pro-rated refund): Usage between 20% and 80% of your plan credits may result in a pro-rated refund equal to your charge minus the value of the AI/compute resources you have already consumed.
  • Heavy usage (refund declined): Accounts that have consumed more than 80% of plan credits, more than roughly $150 in AI/compute value, or otherwise demonstrably used the Service as purchased are not eligible for a guarantee refund.
  • One guarantee refund per customer: The 14-day guarantee is offered once per customer per lifetime. Subsequent refund requests are evaluated under general cancellation terms (see Section 2).
  • Chargebacks and fraud signals: We reserve the right to decline refunds, reverse granted credits, or suspend accounts where we detect coordinated abuse, payment fraud, multiple-account usage, or other violations of our Terms of Service.

When a refund is approved, any remaining monthly credit allocation tied to the refunded charge is reclaimed automatically so the Service can’t continue to draw paid-for compute after the refund is issued.

8. Enterprise agreements

Enterprise customers operate under custom terms negotiated in their service agreement. Refund and cancellation provisions for Enterprise plans are governed by that agreement. Please contact your account manager or email support@jobbyjob.ai for details.
